Fresh cut lawn We're running round with it the sprinklers on At last it feels like winter's finally gone And now we're gearing up for fun, ooh
Here that sound Our feet are tapping and the music's loud Slip slop and slapping drinking cold ones down While we're soaking up the sun Come on everyone
'Cause it's summer summer summer summer
Our Aussie summer summer summer summer
Our favourite time of year, Christmas cheer Australia Day is nearly here, it's summer, ooh
All aboard The boat is ready got our wetsuits on Jump off the jetty skiing all day long Then throw a line into the dam, ooh
A clear blue sky Has now set into a balmy night Corona's chasing down the fish we fried And as we settle in the sand Feeling fit and tanned
(Chorus)
Hot water comes out both our taps The snakes are under the tank Singlet and bikini lines The seatbelt's a branding iron The bitumen will melt your thongs The aircon's blasting all night long That's how you know your in an Aussie
She didn't really mean to hurt me She didn't really mean to make me cry But if you really want to go that way That's ok .. that's ok... (x2)
I met this girl in a club one night She was riding off like dynamite She offered me a biggy side by my side We ordered champagne until the bar was dry
/Oh mama, ven!/
After night was closing in We started wondering Who is paying for the things that you order in Then the girl on the side sees how wrong this is
(Chorus)
Your mama is telling up if you do that You're playing with fire, you shouldn't do that You`re mama just was telling what if you do that And you don't listen up
One more beer!
Tampoco debemos traducir ciertas palabras o conceptos.
;- )
Life was kinda hectic and I was having trouble sleeping I was going crazy and I had to get away I loaded up my pickup for a Mexican vacation I didn't know the language but I quickly learned to say:
Ah, una más cerveza Por favor Senorita x3
Then I kept right on driving until I hit the ocean Found a small cantina down on Monterrey way I met up with a girl down there but she did not speak any English I probably coulda had her too, but all I knew how to say...
(Chorus)
Then I woke up the next morning and I knew that I was in trouble I was extremely naked lying face down in the sand Well stumbled to me feet, started looking for my old pickup I would've asked for help, but I knew all they understand...
(Chorus)
So if your life is kinda hectic and your having trouble sleeping Think your going crazy and you need to get away The thought has crossed your mind about a hidden up for the border Let me tell you something, all you need to know how to say is...
WHO WHICHTHAT
Ejemplos:
"The LORD is the only one WHO can give life" El SEÑOR el el único QUIENpuede dar vida
Deuteronomio 30:20"I will give you and them the land in WHICHyou are now a foreigner"Yo te daré a tí y a ellos la tierra en LA CUALtu eres ahora un extranjeroGénesis 17:8 "I have promised you their landTHAT is rich with milk and honey" Yo les he prometido a ustedes su tierraQUE es rica con leche y mielLevítico 20:24

Just living in the miracle, candles are my vehicle Eight nights, gonna shine invincible No longer be divisible, born through the struggle Keep on moving through all this hustle
Head up, heads down through all of the bustle New York City wanna flex your muscle Look so down, look so puzzled Huddle ‘round your fire through all the rubble
/Bound to stumble and fall but my strength comes not from man at all/
Do you believe in miracles Am I hearing you? Am I seeing you? Eight nights eight lights and these rites keep me right Bless me to the highest heights with your miracle
Against all odds drive on till tomorrow Wipe away your tears and your sorrow Sunrise in the sky like an arrow No need to worry, no need to cry
Light up your mind no longer be blind Him who searches will find Leave your problems behind you will shine like a fire in the sky what's the reason we’re alive – the reason we’re alive
/Bound to stumble and fall but my strength comes not from man at all/
(Chorus)
Eight is the number of infinity one more than what you know how to be And this is the light of festivity when your broken heart yearns to be free
I'm in love, and I won't lie She's my girl and always on my mind She gives me her love and a feeling that's right Never lets me down, especially at night
So, I'm gonna do the best I can To please that girl and be her only man, see She cheers me up when I feel alone And that's why baby I've got to let you know
Yohana, I love you You're the one, the one for me, my baby
She's the one, the one for me She's the kind of girl makes you feel nice, so I'll try my best to do what's right Take her for a ride, everything's fine
Yohana, I love you You're the one, the one for me
Searched so far, searched so long To find someone, someone to count on Now I feel I've got it right here Found it in you, baby, you, my dear
We can do all night, so nice We'll have it all and everything will be alright I'm promising you, take it from me Take it home, baby take it home, baby
She's the one, the one for me She's the kind of girl makes you feel nice, so I'll try my best to do what's right Take her for a ride, everything's fine

¿Eh? ;-)
Once upon a time in a town like this A little girl made a great big wish...
Shake it up Shake up the happiness Wake it up Wake up the happiness
Come on you... It’s Christmas time
I know you’re out there I hear your reindeer I see the snow where Your boots have been
Every day I know it’s gonna change A said it because all of you everytime I feel your hands close to me Your love is growing strong inside of me, ye-eah...
Your eyes drive me crazy They make me feel your grace I wanna be your friend And be with you until the end
I love you, yes... I know and every day I want you even more I need you, yes... You know It’s like the air... is whispering to give you more
Let’s sit down and talk, look into to my eyes And listen to the things that my heart wants to tell you now
You took me with your hands And you show me what is like to show you love and not... be afraid
Mistletoe and holly deck the halls But you don't come around and you don't call Well it's just like the season to be lonely And my heart is beating for you only
(So) Take my heart this Christmas And wrap it in a ribbon and a bow Yes, Take my heart this Christmas Take it wherever you go
Everybody has someone to hold Nestle by the fire from the cold But I don't hear the carols they are singing And I've only got one thing good for giving
(Chorus)
All my bells are ringing just for you And I got no desire for someone new
"Language is free. It's a gift that we can give our children anytime and anyplace."
Jerve Pendergrass
Dr. Janet Worker: Thanks again, Warren, for coming in. We really appreciate it.
Narrator: Psychologist Dr. Janet Worker wants to know how babies distinguish speech sounds of their native language.
Worker: Babies, just like adults, are interested in new information. So when they hear something that's different from what they've been hearing before, their interest perks up. And you can measure that in a number of ways. You can measure it through their sucking pattern or through their looking time or even through something like a head turn.
Narrator: Worker trains babies to turn their heads whenever they hear a change in sound by rewarding them with a view of a musical bunny. Soon babies are turning their heads the moment they hear a change, anticipating the bunny. Headphones prevent the adults from hearing the speech sounds and accidentally cuing the baby.
Worker: Hey, Shane. Are you ready?
Worker can now find out if this six month old can hear the difference between two English sounds. She keeps the baby engaged until phonames are played over a speaker.
Audio: Da... da... da... ba...
Narrator: This baby can hear the difference between B and D. In fact, even newborns can tell them apart.
Worker: (Good boy) Look Shane, look.
Narrator: Next, Worker tests the baby with another pair of sounds. The phoneme will change from one kind of D to another. The two sound distinct to speakers of Hindi, but adults who only speak English can't hear the difference.
Baby: Da... da... da... ⓓa...
Narrator: The baby hears the difference between the two sounds, one of which she's never heard before. By the age of ten to twelve months, infants not regularly exposed to Hindilose the ability to distinguish these sounds.
Baby: Da, dah, da, ba.
Narrator: Twelve months old babies have already become specialists in their native language. We now know that in even very young children, the ability to hear language is highly developed. For parents of future readers, Workers' research contains an important message.
Worker: As a parent, when you're talking to your infant, you're not only having a wonderful time and setting up a great emotional relationship, but you might also be providing them with essential information for them to become accomplished readers some several years later.

Noun Clauses Adverbial Clauses Subject Clauses Object Clauses Relative Clauses Clauses of result Conditional Clause Subjunctive Mood
