¿Para que llenar o actualizar la Ficha de Matrícula SENA?

.

Oiga verdad... ¿Y eso para que sirve?

-Para tener derecho a ser certificado.
El punto más importante es que sin ella
serás rechazado automáticamente por el sistema
en una fecha de corte mensual
perdiendo tu curso y todo trabajo ya hecho.


¿Y para que más sirve?

-Otro aspecto de suma importancia
es que gracias a la Ficha de Matrícula
el Tutor podrá acceder a ciertos datos, como tu teléfono por ejemplo.
Si de pronto a través del correo ha sido imposible contactarte,
la Ficha le permitirá a tu Tutor asesorarte o ayudarte vía telefónica.

Si cambias de dirección o de teléfono
debes Actualizar la Ficha para que tu Tutor
pueda encontrarte en tu teléfono
o tu lugar de residencia actual y ayudarte.



Advertencias muy, pero muy importantes:


1) Si dejaste de usar el correo que ingresaste en
la Ficha de Matrícula.

Tienes que cambiarlo cuanto antes en la Oficina Virtual
en la opción: Cambio de Correo,
pues a través del correo tu Tutor te va a avisar
todo con respecto a tu curso.

El correo es como una brújula para no perderse.
Y debes revisarlo al menos 2 veces por semana,
y revisar tanto la Bandeja de Entrada
como la de correos no deseados o spam.


2) Si te registraste ya con un documento de identidad
no cometas el grave error de volver a registrarte.

Ya sea que lo hayas escrito mal la primera vez,
o ya sea que estás feliz estrenando cédula
y no te aguantas las ganas de registrarla,
NUNCA, pero NUNCA debes registrarte de nuevo
pues eso te bloquearía el acceso a los cursos.

Lo que debes hacer
es reportar la situación a tu Tutor a través del correo
adjuntando la imagen escaneada de tu documento actual.


¿Que pasa si 'metí la pata' y ya me inscribí 2 veces?

-Debes reportarlo lo antes posible a tu Tutor
