Overall

All I need is you!

( ol ai nid is iu )

que podría bien llamarse un SobreTodo [ Over All ].

Should be great!... Should I do it?

Cornelio es el personaje
de los
Corn
Flakes de Kellogg's.

A él le fascina el Maíz
y a nosotros también...

¿Que tal una buena 'peli'
con una grande, deliciosa y saladita porción
de
Pop Corn?

asombrosamente divertidas:

That's Amazing!.. Amazingly Funny!

¡Debería ser grandioso (hacerlo)!
Should be great!

Debería hacerlo?
Should I do it?

Happy Days

Sunday, Monday, happy days.
Tuesday, Wednesday, happy days.
Thursday, Friday, happy days.
Saturday, what a day, rockin' all week for you.

These days are...
Won't you be mine? (oh, happy days)
These days are...
Oh, please be mine. (oh, happy days)

Hello sunshine, goodbye rain.
She's wearing my school ring on her chain.
She's my steady, I'm her man.
I'm gonna love her all I can.

These days are...
Won't you be mine? (oh, happy days)
These days are...
Oh, please be mine. (oh, happy days)

Gonna cruise her around the town,
Show everybody what I found.
Rock and roll with all my friends,
Hopin' the music never ends.

These days are...
Won't you be mine? (oh, happy days)
These days are...
Oh, please be mine. (oh, happy days)

Goodbye gray sky, hello blue,
'Cause nothing can hold me when I hold you.
Feels so right, can't be wrong,
A-rockin' and rollin' all week long.

These days are...
Won't you be mine? (oh, happy days)
These days are...
Oh, please be mine. (oh, happy days)

Hello sunshine, goodbye rain.
She's wearing my school ring on her chain.
She's my steady, I'm her man.
Now I'm gonna love her all I can.

These days are...
Won't you be mine? (oh, happy days)
These days are...
Oh, please be mine. (oh, happy days)

/These happy days are yours and mine.
Won't you be mine? (oh, happy days)/...

.............................Pequeñas Cosas...........................

.

Anggun - Little things

You once gave me something
I should always keep
A little stone with a hole
with love from you

I still hide it smooth
in my pocket
Wrapping lock
to coins I never seem to use

Little things, little things, remain me
Want to erase, give the space to someone else
Little things, little things always catch me
Unaware, unprepared to let it go

Would it have mattered?
Would it have change anything?

If I have loved you more

Would it have mattered?
Does it matter now?

Now that you've got it all

Uuh little things
Cut like knives
hurt and stings

Uuh little things
Cut like blades
like regret
cuts my face

You once gave me something
I should always keep
A little spark that should grow to a flame
It still glows here hidden in my heart
Burning me whenever someone speaks your name

Little things, little things remain me
Want to erase, give the space to someone else
Little things, little things always catch me
Unaware, unprepared to let it go

Would it have mattered?
Would it have change anything?

If I have loved you more

Would it have mattered?
Does it matter now?

Uuhh... you got it all

/Uuhh little things
Cut like knives
hurt and stings

Uuhh little things
Cut like blades
like regret
cuts my face/

Hurts like regret

Nota:
Should [Debería/Debiera] y Would+have [Habría].

I'm M.C. Kat
on the rap so mic it
Here's a little story
and you're sure that I like it
Swift and sly
and I'm playing it cool
With my home girl
Paula Abdul

Baby seems we never
ever agree

You like the movies
and I like TV

I take things serious
and you take 'em light

I go to bed early
and I party all night

Our friends are sayin'
we ain't gonna last

'cos I move slowly
and baby I'm fast

I like it quiet
and I love to shout

But when we get together
it just all works out

Chorus:
I take two steps forward
I (take) two steps back
We come together
'cause opposites attract

And you know, it ain't fiction
just a natural fact
We come together
'cuz opposites attract

Who'd a thought
We could be lovers

She makes the bed
And he steals the covers

She likes it neat
And he makes a mess

I take it easy
Baby, I get obsessed

She's got the money
And he's always broke

I don't like cigarettes
I like to smoke

Things in common
There just ain't a one

But when we get together
we have nothin' but fun

(Chorus)

Nothing in common
But this trust

I'm like a minus
She's like a plus

One going up
one coming down

But we seem to land
on common ground

When things go wrong
we make corrections
To keep things moving
in the right direction
Try to fight it
but I'm telling you Jack
It's useless
opossites attract

Baby ain't it somethin'
how we lasted this long
You and me
provin' everyone wrong
Don't think we'll ever
get our differences patched
Don't really matter
'cuz we're perfectly matched

(Chorus)

Nota:

Ain't
es una contracción
de uso cotidiano (No estándar) de 'I am not'.

(There) is not, (there) are not, has not, and have not.

Podría haber sido......

It could have been worse!

(it culd jav bin wors)

¡Podría haber sido peor!

-Have been-

pues -been- es el participio del verbo TO BE
(Ser o Estar)

Frase:

Babe you smell so sweet
you know you could have been some perfume

Bebe tu hueles tan dulce
Sabes que podrías haber sido algún perfume

You got a smile so bright
You know you could have been a candle
I'm holding you so tight
You know you could have been a handle

The way you swept me off my feet
You know you could've been a broom
And babe you smell so sweet
You know you could've been some perfume

Well you could've been anything that you wanted to
I can tell, the way you do the things you do
Alright, the way you do the things you do

As pretty as you are
You know you could've been a flower
If good looks were minutes
You know you could've been an hour

The way you stole my heart
You know you could've been a crook
And baby your so smart
You know you could've been a school book

Well you could've been anything that you wanted to
I can tell, the way you do the things you do
Alright, the way you do the things you do

You make my life so rich
You know you could've been some money
And baby you're so sweet
You know you could've been some honey

Well you could've been anything that you wanted to
I can tell, the way you do the things you do
Alright, the way you do the things you do

As pretty as you are
You know you could've been a flower
If good looks were minutes
You know you could've been an hour

The way you stole my heart
You know you could've been a crook
And baby your so smart
You know you could've been a school book

Well you could've been anything that you wanted to
I can tell, the way you do the things you do

Alright, the way you do the things you do
(you make my life so sweet)
The way you do the things you do...

Nota:

Recuerda que some puede traducirse como
un, algún, algo de
en frases afirmativas.

-Any- tiene un uso similar
pero en frases
Negativas e
Interrogativas.
