diciendo:

Cuan viejo/a (o maduro) eres tú?
How old are you?

Y tu puedes responder:

I'm 37

o también

I'm 37 years old

( years old completo,
years solito no vale; y Nunca debes usar el verbo To Have)

Es decir:
Soy (de) 37 años (de) madurez

Si tu preguntas: How old is she?

Te pueden responder: She's 16 year old
