Los malos recuerdos son contaminantes,
pueden generarnos Contaminación Mental.

Esa contaminación suele estresarnos,
bajarnos el ánimo y hasta enfermarnos.

Es por ellos que para eliminar esa basura
debemos limpiar la Pizarra de nuestra mente,
de modo que quede preparada
para registrar nuevos buenos momentos.
